What are your business hours?
We are in operation from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as on holidays and other non-juridical days.
What are the types of positions offered?

Positions offered at ARM are diversified and touch 6 employment sector, in multiple job categories such as professional, technical, managerial, and office jobs;

  • Operations – debt collection;
  • Administration, accounting and finance;

What are the types of schedules offered?

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, accordingly to the position occupied. We are committed to offering adapted and customized schedules to our employees to meet their needs and obligations.

We are in operation from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. These wide business hours allow us to offer flexibility in our employee’s schedules.

What is the recruitment and employment process?

Our process is the following:

  • Job posting;
  • Receipt of applications (resume and a letter of motivation adapted to the particularities of the position sought);
  • Selection of applications;
  • Phone interview;
  • Interview in person and selection exam, according to the case;
  • Pre-employment verifications:
    • Reference check with former employers;
    • Criminal background search;
    • Credit file check;
  • Employment offer.

You will then have to fill in the form and join your application file, which consists of your resume and a letter of motivation adapted to the particularities of the position sought.

Will I get a confirmation of receipt if I send my application via email, online or by mail?

We do not send confirmations of receipt for job applications. We only communicate with candidates who are selected to move forward with the recruitment process.
